1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, using, or purchasing services provided by Jobify (“Jobify IT”, “Jobify Club”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
2.1. B2C (Services for Individuals)
Jobify IT offers IT career consultation services for individuals, including, but not limited to, IT career path assessments, IT career accelerator, job-hunting support, interview simulations, and soft skills workshops. Full details are available at www.jobifyclub.com.
2.2. B2B (Services for Businesses)
Jobify provides a range of IT consulting services for businesses, educational institutions, and public sector organizations, including:
- IT Career Direction Workshops: Assisting individuals in selecting the right IT career path.
- AI Practice Services: Consulting on AI integration and deployment in business environments.
- Cybersecurity Services: Providing cybersecurity awareness training and consultation on risk mitigation strategies.
- Professional IT Recruitment: Delivering recruitment services for IT professionals.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Jobify’s services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use the services only for their intended purposes.
- Review the scope and details of the services provided on www.jobifyclub.com at the time of your purchase.
- Avoid recording or sharing information provided by Jobify, whether via email, M365 workspace, workshops, or any other medium, unless you receive written permission from Jobify.
- Follow the agreed schedule for services, starting and completing them as outlined in your IT Career Accelerator plan. Any request to extend the duration or change the field of yourIT Career Accelerator may be subject to additional fees and availability.
- Jobify reserves the right to deny services to any applicant. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded, minus any applicable administrative fees.
- Upon receiving a “Suitability Assessment Letter,” potential customers will receive an agreement to sign. The day the agreement is signed and payment is made will be considered the “Kick-Off Day.” For other B2C services, the payment date will be considered the “Kick-Off Day.”
- Customers must complete all assigned courses and tasks to receive an IT Career Completion Certificate, which allows them to list Jobify as a trainer and record up to six months of experience on their CV.
- Jobify will act as a reference for clients only in the field where the IT Career Accelerator program was successfully completed.
4. Payment and Fees
Details regarding payments, fees, and any associated costs are available on our website. By using our services, you agree to the payment terms outlined there.
Payment may be made in fortnightly or monthly installments as per the agreement signed before the Kick-Off Day.
Refund and Cancellation
- You are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of your payment.
- For B2C services (excluding IT Career Accelerator program), if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund by raising a ticket via your profile within 72 hours of service delivery. You can choose between a redelivery of the service without a refund or a refund with administrative fees deducted.
- IT Career Accelerator fees paid by you, are fully refundable within seven days from the purchase date. Administration fees are deductible from seven days up to 45 days after your start date. After the 45-day period, cases will be reviewed individually.
- Refund requests for change of mind will be handled similarly. You may also transfer your credit to another service or individual.
- Administrative fees cover licensing, banking, consultant fees for direct engagements, and subscription costs. An additional amount, up to 5%, may be added to the total administrative fees.
5. Service Delivery Agreement
Jobify is committed to delivering high-quality services. Service delivery timelines apply to at least 95% of cases:
A) Free assessments will receive a response within 48 business hours, with a one-on-one session scheduled within seven working days and delivered within two weeks of the initial request.
B) Deep Dive sessions will be scheduled within three working days of payment and delivered within two weeks of the initial request.
C) IT Career Accelerator program will start within three weeks of payment.
D) IT Career Accelerator will be completed within up to nine months of the Kick-Off Day.
E) Other services will be delivered within 10 days of payment.
F) For job-hunting services, revisions to CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles are free within two weeks of initial delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Jobify, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Jobify Club and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which you consent to by using our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jobify Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice for any reason, including breaches of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
